We would like to provide a detailed account of our relationship with Casey Bretthauer to address recent concerns and maintain transparency. 1) On July 19, 2021, we received the first order from Casey Bretthauer for two Begode RS electric unicycles. The shipment was delayed, which frustrated Casey. He frequently contacted us, expressing his dissatisfaction. To remedy the situation, we sent him complimentary CNC pedals once he received the order. 2) Casey continued to purchase from us, and we treated him as a valued customer, offering better prices and discounts despite his impatience and demands for free items. We consistently provided him with additional items such as chargers, pedals, and seat pads. 3) As Casey began creating YouTube content, we supported his channel by offering him discounted to cost-price electric unicycles in exchange for including our link in his video descriptions. However, he did not honor this agreement and removed our link after a few weeks, instead promoting his Etsy shop. 4) Casey filed three credit card disputes, claiming he never received the S22, Mten4, and T4 electric unicycles. We disputed and won these disputes. 5) In November 2022, Casey requested two displays for Mten4 and one for Begode T4, all of which were replaced. Two months later, he requested the same replacement parts for the same wheels, citing the same issues. We never refused his warranty claims and contacted Begode for the necessary parts while waiting for their response. 6) Casey continued to message us day and night, even contacting the owner's personal phone number. We had no choice but to block him and request that he communicate with us through our business email, service@freemotion.com. 7) It is important to note that we have serviced all of Casey's wheels, including those he sold to others. We have honored warranties for the new owners of these wheels. We have no objections to customers sharing their experiences, as long as they do so honestly. This allows us to learn from our mistakes and improve our services. However, it is clear that Casey's primary goal is to damage our reputation, as he has repeatedly posted about the same issue and commented negatively on our posts and advertisements. We remain committed to providing excellent customer service and support, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we address these concerns.
