LeoX
Its rattling like an unbalanced dryer. Unsure what causes it; I may be going over a hump or leaning too hard, maybe its rain water, but the whole wheel will start to rattle. I took my wheel in for maintenance and it stopped for a long while. Yesterday out of nowhere it started to rattle again. Anyone have ideas?
sWiFt
Wild guess, you need to tighten some screws. Perhaps a recalibration could help if everything is already snug.
mrelwood
Check the large axle bolts. They tend to come loose with time, and would cause the kind of rattle you describe.
alcatraz
The control board isn't fixed to the motor axle. Check everything inbetween. Axle nuts, shell/arm bolts, control board screws. As the previous poster said, on the MSX it's most likely the axle nuts. Put loctite on them and it shouldn't happen again. I had to buy a 24mm socket and dremel out a hole in it to allow the cable to exit. At least I think it's a 24, double check. 1
