verevkin
This is my first wheel, I took it for the purpose of learning. My current mileage is only 50km. Briefly - I rode in wet snow, but everything is dry inside the wheel. Now, having disassembled everything to the screw, I am convinced that everything is technically sound, and that the problem of a constant squeak is the lack of a serial. Left screenshot about week ago, right - at now There are two questions. 1. How to return the serial number? Need some special service application? 2. And why could this happen at all? I do not see a logical connection between the loss of the serial number and the operating conditions.
OldFartRides
I’d say a squeak is more likely to be caused by a lack of *seal* than lack of serial.

Maybe this works wirh the softtuner app, if it's still available for ios? And serial number can be set without login? If not your reseller or kingsong directly should be able to help. I remember faintly such ks serial number resets happening with these wheels, but can't really remember the reason or how to really resolve this Maybe you can find something searching this forum... Robse
You need an ios device: iphone / ipad and softtuner app. Send an email to Kingsong (info@szkingsong.com) , describe your problem, wait a day or two. If you are lucky they will return and create a login you can use in softtuner. Here you can enter a serial number. If you log in as a guest in softtuner, you can not change the serial number. Good luck :-)
Paul A
Check the large sticker attached to the underside of the pedals. It is clearly visible in the video frame shown. Under the barcode, serial number there.
