Lex Smith
I'm really enjoying our current lock down. The roads are desolate and I'm literally owning them on my wheel 😀 Whole new experience riding in the center of the road at top speed every where.

I've just shot out to get a jab, and the ride down was so peaceful - I loved it. Now I just wish I'd booked somewhere further away...

Popular Post Ek.
Also agree. On Thursday I rode somewhere I've always wanted to go but have been afraid of dangerous traffic. Not one car had to overtake me, though I passed a couple going the other way. Was a magnificent ride! Yesterday I rode in the other direction on the hilly and twisty back roads as the highway cycle path still isn't finished. Took me 1 and a quarter hours to go about 20km and boy were my legs hurting at the end! Saturday riding wasn't a good idea in hindsight because it seems plenty of families thought it was ok to go for a ride in the car together. I'm old enough that I was booked in for last Wednesday, until that got shut down. But, I was able to rebook fairly quickly, so all is good. Especially now that the ride there was so much more relaxed! And for entertainment, coming home a couple of cars decided to follow me (to work out WTF they were looking at, maybe?). So I showed them how quick/fast a V11 can be... Coincidentally, I had the latest version of our Roll.nz "push pads" fitted to my V11 EUC Bodyguard (for "testing"), so I was able to nail it and leave them almost more confused/jealous.  They also made the last uphill km almost too easy... I really need to get these up on our website! Anyone keen to get an idea of the push pads/Bodyguard, have a look here... The final version has been tweaked a little, and will be available to order in the next week!
Paul A
Maybe do what cyclists do and ride between midnight and sunrise.
