FlyboyEUC
Does anyone know what voltage comes out of the USB ports on these wheels? I want to plug in some Christmas lights for some night rides. The lights say they need 5v to work or something like that. I just want to make sure I won't mess anything up on my wheel. I've never used the USB ports before. @ZenRyder
Arbolest
It's 5v out of the USB port. No worries there. Unfortunately I don't have an accurate measurement for how much current the port can provide, but you should be safe running a string or two of usb-powered lights. Make sure to post some pics when you do!
ZenRyder
I agree with @Arbolest. This shouldn't be a problem and I doubt there will be any significant battery drain. 66 ft of 200 LEDs? Your fans are gonna need !
FlyboyEUC
I decided to just go with a battery pack that sits under the handle. The results was pretty good
