soundkite
My Inmotion V8 power outlet rubber cover has completely come out. It has a bulbous rubber proboscis which needs to be somehow inserted back into the hole from which it came. Any tips on how to do this? I'm trying to avoid significant disassembly, if possible, thanks!
Fuzzypixel
Put some soap on it and push the proboscis with a clip. Worked for me.
Nic
It does take some force to get the bulbous end to fit and stay put ... I used the flat of a screwdriver to push hard until it popped in. I used a little silicone tyre dressing to lube it.
