grjota
Hi there. I've been riding a V8 for some time now and wanting to upgrade to a better wheel. I have access only to Inmotion and Kingsong ones, but my decision has come to either the KS18L (or XL) and the new KS16X. The main difference between the two are the wheel's diameter and width. The KS18 has a 18"x2.5" wheel, and the KS16X has a 16"x3" one. My question is: what is the more relevant of the measures in terms of road bumps and maneuverability? I ride mostly on streets and sidewalks, but there a lot of imperfections such as bumps, ondulations, little holes lateral inclinations, etc. It is also good to note that the KS16X has higher pedals by 20mm. Will the 16"x3" be more confortable than the 18"x2.5"? Thanks!

Mono
A wide tire doesn't help in comfort if it is not flexible enough to smoothen out bumps.
