meepmeepmayer Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 The old 18(X)L shell and especially the part where the pedal bracket sits is a known point of failure. This happened to a few people. Get a warranty repair by your seller. Newer 18(X)Ls have a stronger shell made from white plastic. When buying from china, I don’t want to wait 1 month for the wrong piece. By the way, I’m quite disapointed I hope new sheel is really stronger otherwise it will happen again and again.
