BR1 manca Posted November 23, 2018 Share Posted November 23, 2018 I everyone! I bought an insta 360 one x from amazon 20 days ago. The camera works well by connecting it to the phone via the cable, but Ican not in any way to make the wi-fi work (I followed the instructions, but there is not any smartphone sees the wifi ONE x). There is no way to find wi-fi ONE X with any smartphose (I try with my huawei P10 lite, Ipad Note 2, Samsung A5-2017, and others) anyone as the solution? Please help me! Check if there is a firmware update & then recheck settings phone/App/Camera - I have an Akaso V50 pro which connects via WiFi and Bluetooth had to fiddle with phone settings to get it connected - good luck ;-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
stephen Posted November 23, 2018 Share Posted November 23, 2018 If you go outside away from wifi you will probly see your insta360 then , if so your insta is ok i think it's to do with 2.4ghz /5ghz on your router i had the same problem ,, what was strange though is when i bought my new Huawei mate 20 it now shows without having to change router settings 😊😊 let us know how you get on Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
