Bravo!  

I clicked the link in the post referenced below, but it is SB1273 (not 1070) and says:

25.  "Electric personal assistive mobility device" means a self‑balancing two nontandem wheeled device with an electric propulsion system that limits the maximum speed of the device to fifteen miles per hour or less and that is designed to transport only one person.

So I'm a little confused.  The bill was supposed to say "one" wheel.  Can you provide a link to the actual bill that passed?

So here's the relevant text, for those who want to cobble together a reference to carry with them on future Arizona rides (my emphasis added below):

24.  "Electric personal assistive mobility device" means a self‑balancing device with one wheel or two nontandem wheeled device with wheels and an electric propulsion system that limits the maximum speed of the device to fifteen miles per hour or less and that is designed to transport only one person.

46. "Pedestrian" means any person afoot.  A person who uses an electric personal assistive mobility device or a manual or motorized wheelchair is considered a pedestrian unless the manual wheelchair qualifies as a bicycle.
