yourtoys7
I just got my first GotWay 14 mcm 3, installed the iPhone app, but I can't connect. Manual that came w it, says only supports Android, is this true?
WakefulTraveller
I have one of the rare MCM3s as well. Yet I can only confirm the compatibility with android devices. Maybe you can borrow someone's android phone to do the configurations? All that you really need to do is turn off the first two alarms and you should be set. Philfree
Normaly mcm3 and mcm4 has the same mainboard, the mcm4 apply for iphone should work with your wheel. The android version of the mcm4 apply works perfectly with my mcm3.

The old green add on board wasn't BT4 capable.

Open the panel and the bluetooth board is green. I got a older version android app and it worked, but for what... The app had no adjustment, only speed, temp, and battery. Why do you have the green BT PCB, which normally indicates BT 2.0?

Nevin@Tec-toyz.com
If you got a legit MCM3, BT should work on your iPhone. MCM uses BT 4.0. If you are using a android phone, make sure it's at least BT 4.0.
Nevin@Tec-toyz.com
@Wade based on your picture, seems to me like you may have a MCM2s, not a MCM3. MCM3 comes with a blue BT module. Also you can check other things as well to point out if you have a MCM3. Look on your wheel, it should have HB C26 HS. HS= High Speed
