I'm more of a distance, chill, rider. I want a wheel with good suspension because of my semi-bad knee. I was going to get the Lynx, but would be a waste. It would be like getting a high performance car only to drive it like a grocery getter. lol. Anyone got a real range test on the s16? My 16x with a slightly bigger battery gets me around 45miles (Average rides) with 40% battery left. I've never actually tried to drain the 16x's battery. It probably gets identical range to your 16X as they have very similar battery capacity. For cruising though you have a lot of options. If you want to keep the feel of a lighter wheel, though, you're a bit limited - unfortunately all the other 16" options with suspension weight like 40kg. The T4 is the only other real option (1800wh) with 16" and lower weight. S22 might not be bad, but the seat isn't great. At least if you stay on-road the maintenance is probably also not too bad either. You definitely don't have to spend 4kusd on a Lynx (idk how they convinced everyone that that's reasonable...), especially for your purposes. Could get by with many other cheaper options. V11 hasn't been too bad, 18" wheel 3" tire, and suspension isn't great but at least it's fairly light. V11Y might be a reasonable buy for you.
