Barefooter
I ride rural roads mostly and have started looking into better visibility. I wear a hivis jacket and have a rear facing red strobe.  It's not bright enough to be visible from very far away I suspect. Amazon has the hypershot 350 for 49% off today which is what I'm going to try..  Are there legal requirements for rear facing lights to be red or orange? Option 8 gets noticed but could it be communicating travel towards the observer as it is white?
