OliverH
I like the idea from Pinwheel to get feedback for a product. The technical stuff is the most important as of today. Selling to the US or Europe means that you've customers with higher weight: mens: 75-120 kg women: 53-75 kg An electric unicycle needs from this perspective enough power and battery capacity to withstand the torque of the driver (balance him) and achieve the advertised speed in a safe way with margin for power peaks on non flat roads. There should not happen any power cut at a given speed. The max speed area with torque curve of the motor going down should not be reached. A pedal tilt back and an audio message should prevent a user to go faster. The max speed must be achieved with the advertised max load in a safe manner or the max speed must be reduced at a given treshold. A real parallel battery pack with 520/ 680 Wh should be mandatory for safety reason and to manage inclines. The max incline given should be achieved with at least 500 m distance on max load (no over heating of the motor, no voltage drop to the low limit on a 3/4 full battery). Lights should switch on automatically if necessary.
