Motherboard is not the same. (Gotway MCM5)

Recommended Posts

I just received a new motherboard for my Gotway MCM5. Well I ordered a new one (Green not the black). It came in today and it doesn't match exactly. Do the blue yellow and green just plug straight in to the board? the new boards don't have any made coming out of it.  Any plugs I need to worry about?

Are the motor wires even long enough to connect to the board directly?

It's important you get the motor wires connected in the right combination on the first try. Triple check which color goes where. And remember to bolt the board down before testing or the wheel will shake like crazy.

Hey mine is the exact opposite of this. Does that matter?  The one in my EUC now is the new one and they sent me the old one.  Is that an issue?  Or should I just hook it up

Well I'm wrong my new one does match that new but my old one does not match that old. I guess like a just trace out each wire to mark it ?  I can't really use that as a diagram to label them I'm going to need to trace them out.

  • UniVehje changed the title to Motherboard is not the same. (Gotway MCM5)

Don't forget the new boards come locked. There is a thread about this on the forum .
