techyiam
It looks like Mitas tire has more rounded tire profile. At 60+ km/h speeds, does the new tire gave a more planted stable feel than the stock Kenda tire?
Finn Bjerke
Work in proces....... Police tells me to go 20 kmh tops....... But I live far away from the police station.... I wonder if I should clean bearings or just be childish, impusive and stoopid and reassemble the wheel .... Rainstorm outside rain will stop in 2 hours and wind will be 20 m/s.... Funtimes ..... If yes, what issues did you encountered that made you swap it out and put on a Pilot Street? Edited February 29 by techyiam
Finn Bjerke
Merci ----. It was a LOT of work for me, but I did it. IM very greatefull to all the techies we have in the EUC community - your videos are great - Inmotion videos are so-so Other brands have zero inbstructional videos. it seems .... The knobby has an EDGE it seems But I like the s22 semiknobby tire and thought it was not edgy....,. That is wrong - its just a "More moderat knobby and difficult to get it seated properly since its a little "loose" Mitsa is a very tight fit - I killed that tire using tire spoons .... MIchelin Street Pilot 2 is not possible to buy in Denmark MY tire for v13 is named MIchelin Street Pilot, its a great upgrade. The Mitsa died on me, I was brutal or clumsy or both. Tire centers will install 4U I guess. They have the machinbe power for this task..... I hate the sound of holed tubes.... 1
novazeus
this is better. 90/80 city grip 2, if available. i think it's the low profile that makes the handling so great. yeah, damnit, it was alot of work, but this is the best upgrade for the v13. adds agility, suspension and low end torque with it's smaller diameter. long story short, it handles like a s22 pro, unless u lean it too far too slow, but i did some saves today that was all new tire. lots of confidence with traction laying it over on a turn. and better power delivery with the tire. battery consumption is up. this side by side with the stock knobby really shows the difference. novazeus
haha, yeah i was thinking, this isa fast wheel. i mean could get u in trouble fast compare to the stock knobby. look how much smaller diameter it is. the stock knobby looks like a truck tire. the smaller sidewall might not be good for jumpers, but this is a great fast street tire. racing tire. thanks to @eucgirlfor doing it first. i would have never thought to try this tire and it is perfect. tubeless too. the other two will be getting tire changes to this tire as well. i might get a bead blaster for all my tire work ahead.
