DXKI
Hello everyone, I have a ex30 with around 1500 km on it, been working fine. Pressed the lift switch to put it down. And when bringing it back up, it turned off, won't turn on, and resistance on the motor when trying to roll, did the board blow from just using loft switch and it trying to engage itself? Thanks
RagingGrandpa
Unplug the packs... If the motor does not spin freely when the packs are unplugged, it means your controller has failed. Prove it by unplugging the 3 large motor cables from the controller: the motor will spin freely again. It happens You did nothing wrong. New board time. Thanks This is a known problem with the early "race" firmwares. Contact your reseller for a new board. The firmware released in September was to fix this but it makes my wheel vibrate when accelerating. I rolled the fimware back to the 08/27 firmware. 1
DXKI
Thank you for the replies, going to take apart now, same thing happened to my master with the kill switch, I did have the new firmware installed, and it didn't make the loud clunk it sometimes makes when engaging again, it just turn off. I will reach out to my reseller. Thank you guys!
