Inmotion V11 won't unlock after warning messages and a firmware update

Hi

When I was trying to charge my inmotion V 11,  I kept getting a warning Error beeping noise. so I took it out from charging for a while and checked the app. 

Now it has locked and and won't self balance. I've updated the firmware and it still turns on and the beeping stopped and was letting me charge it. But is still locked and won't let me unlock it or self balance. in my app I still get it's saying the vehicle is locked from safety hidden danger. 

Can any one help? !!

I would 1) stop charging it, and then get in touch with your reseller. IM recently revised the firmware to prevent use when the battery voltages aren't similar enough, which is a sign that there's a problem with the batteries. They included a lock-the-wheel feature so that you wouldn't keep using it, likely because it might be a fire hazard… this came out shortly after a couple V11s caught fire while charging.
