EX: Trying to disable lift switch. What do I unplug?

The lift switch on my ex has stopped working..... or actually it's working all the time and won't let the wheel stabilize.  I opened up the wheel to disable it.  I can't tell what I should unplug to disable it.  Here is a picture:

Unplug the purple connector, just above the bluetooth daughterboard:

Silly question.  Are you sure the wheel is not in transport mode?

Yeah, it wasn't malfunctioning all the time, just intermitently.  It was getting worse and worse though.  I think what happens is the switch gets beat up from having 90lbs of force put on it everytime the wheel is picked up.

Yeah try to put it back in and out of transport mode .my rs19 did that one time it would turn on and just not balance this did the trick .I have no idea how it went back into that mode but ewheels sent me this and it started working again 

First Power On: 
When you first receive the Wheel it will be in factory transportation mode to protect accidental in transit power on. To unlock the motor, here is the procedure disable transportation mode:

1) Press the power button

2) Then press & hold the under-handle lift button switch

3) Tap the power button 5x times in succession, release
