I think new KS wheels still have a set amount of miles before you can fully go 31mph (27actual). Just be careful, the 16x isnt known for liking to keep up at top speeds with much headroom. Idr how far you gotta go, my apologies. I do know that its not far. 20 miles or something maybe?
