Ok people so I was in need of a fresh set of bearings because after traveling 5000 miles (ish) mine decided to start rumbling.

Il report back if I made the right choice but for now I'm loving them and only wish I changed them earlier.

I could be wrong but they seem right what do you lot recommend?

What are your thoughts shall I never to the rubber versions?....

Alright chap

Personally I would have stuck with a rubber sealed bearing as they will always be better for dirt prevention. RPM isn't an issue for EUC use as a 19" wheel at 55mph only does about 1000rpm (caveat being my rusty maths tho), and I think rubber sealed bearings are usually good to at least 10k rpm.

My preference for bearings is generally SKF, a low friction seal type with deep groove (to assist with axial loadings) are around £9 each.
