Ninebot One S2 - unbind from unknown account?

Hi Guys,

I´m new here and to this kind of mobility as well. Until today I was only on the go with two tires (ebike and scooters). So I decided to give the unicycles a try and bought an used Ninebot One S2 for a good price. It seems to work ok, but I only tested the basic funtionalities indoor and with a few beginner moves outside.

Unfortunately the device is still bound to another account and the seller can´t unbind it out of whatever reasons. Maybe he has bought it as well from someone else...

I can connect the device to the ninebot app and get all the information but the only drawback is that the app doesn´t recognize the device and I have to search and bind each time again.

Is there any way how I cound unbind the device from an unknown account or change the serial number so that the app can bind it to my ninebot account?

Thanks in advance.
