Interested in insuring your EUC?

I'm working with my insurance guy who've I've done business with for over 10 years. He should call me back tomorrow but he says he belives he can get my EUC insured for theft and damages. Liability would probably have to come from home or renters insurance but he's working on that now as well. If there's any interest for others out there. I'll report back what he says and post his information. He knows he can insure people in Texas but he's looking in to possibly the nation if there's enough interest.

Insurance would be great, would love to see how this goes.

Most interested in some kind of liability insurance, but of that has to come home or renters I get it. Just would like some safety net if my solo pilots itself into a car or person after ejecting me.

So he dug in and came back with two things.

1. Progressive is actually working on something for EUCs. There's been a lot inquiries about them apparently.

2. He could do an inland marine policy as equipment that would cover it for theft or anything really. Damage, explosion, whatever. But it was $1100 a year with a $500 deductible. So, I don't think I'll be riding with insurance.
