Unipilot69 Posted February 6, 2021 Share Posted February 6, 2021 If you don't have grip pads you'll have to put a death squeeze on the wheel with your legs. I have a steep ass hill by my house. I checked with Jason from eWheels and he said that the next shipment of RS's should have the better bearings and they already have the higher pedal hangers. I've heard the same but it's one of those things where we have to trust GW, and I'm not too sure I want to trust them yet. I'll wait for someone to tear down a new batch model and confirm new parts. Waterproofing is also still a huge issue. Even if I don't ride in the rain, I'm sure to hit some puddles of water or mud when trail riding and I don't want that breaking my wheel.
