MeepLaw
Howdy y'all Alright, so I'll admit I've ridden my MSX a bit hard. I went to open it today to examine some new damage, (and a new rattle, but that's a separate issue), and discovered a screw on my left pedal is stripped, so I can't take the pedal off to get inside the wheel. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it out, and where to purchase a replacement? Been considering some Nikola pedals from Aliexpress, might just go that route
Delmeekc
you could try and drill it out and use a helicoil to fix it, you will to know the thread size and pitch and the required drill size before attempting extraction/drilling.
alcatraz
I don't know how the msx pedals are but on the tesla if you get one screw out the other becomes completely loose. You don't even need to take both off if you find a way to extract the axle on the one side. Also allen bolts that are stripped sometimes can be rescued with an appropriately sized torx bit that's tapped into them.
