Lucas H Posted November 1, 2019 Share Posted November 1, 2019 It Keeps doing 4 long beeps then 2 short beeps and when I try to access it on the ninebot app it comes up with a popup saying "Tip External battery communication error, please check the battery, master control and related cables." How old is it? How many miles are on it? This is a complete guess from me but it sounds like your batteries are bad or have dropped below an acceptable level. @Mono @esaj any guesses?
