alcatraz
Hey fellow euc riders... After much consideration I've decided to unlock my V8 to 35km/h. The problem is I don't have any friends with an iphone, not that I meet while actually riding the wheel. Is there any way to unlock using android? tessa25
Inmotion has an Android app. And Wheellog is also Android.
alcatraz
Thanks I used the wheelog app. I hope it's the same as Darknessbot when it comes to unlocking Inmotion speed.
tessa25
Both apps work for that. Inmotion doesn't speed limit. It just gives a warning message when you change the setting.
alcatraz
Well using the inmotion app 30 is max. Using other apps its supposed to be able to go up to 35. It'a a bit experimental but Ilya the creator of Darknessbot has had success unlocking so I thought I'd try. I'm doing it well aware of the risks. I'm a low weight rider with an upgraded battery and with 10000km on my V8.
EUC Custom Power-Pads
WheelLog can also unlock the speed to 35 km/h, but never reached that spped. My max Speed was only 32 km/h with my 78kg riding weight.
alcatraz
The wheel feels great after unlocking to 33km/h. I'll see if I leave it there or try 34 later. I like to push the limits slowly and really feel the wheel. I think I used to get the alarm at 28-29 before. That has disappeared and the wheel pulls very nicely up to 30+ quietly and confidently. I still get an alarm when I try to go up a slope at high speed at which I know I can back off a bit. I haven't felt tilt back on flat road yet. I've only heard the alarm a few times. I'll check the speed later.
