If you are "fit" enough to get over the railing, you will probably "survive" the crossing. Seriously though, England has started putting crossings a good 20 to 30 metres away from intersections to reduce accidents, similar to those described on the forum by Americans, with their crossing right at the junction like this, or like this was, before the railings. *(yes, I know that's not how Darwin meant fittest, it's a joke) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
