  1. i just got a lynx from ewheels. they now ship it with a TNT tubeless street tire. it feels very high pressure to me, i checked it's at 33 PSI. can i drop it lower even though it's tubeless? I got used to my patton that i've been riding, and i just checked turns out it's been at 20 PSI lol i had no idea i was riding with such low presssure. (also street tire) I don't want to drop the lynx THAT low, but wondering what's a reasonable range for the tubeless
  2. good call, mine says 50E. so the battery sag makes sense
  3. i bought my patton from ewheels.com back in like november 2023. right now their site says it has 50S batteries. i dunno if that was the case back when i bought it. maybe i have 50E, cuz the sag is significant. i'm also 210 lb so maybe that makes the issue worse. either way thanks for the info, i'll just take it easy under 30%
  4. has anyone here recently sold a patton? i'm thinking to upgrade to the lynx. my patton has around 350 miles on it, no offroad use. perfect condition just minor scuffs here n there. I'm wondering what i might be able to get for it considering most people are probably going for the lynx these days
  5. i've been riding my patton for about 5 months now and one thing i notice is even when i charge to 95% +, and i go riding at 35mph +, even in warm/moderate temperatures the battery meter drops A LOT. later when i come back to the wheel after it's been off a while, i see the battery meter is back up near full. is this just a software glitch? or is my headroom for pushing the wheel actaully a lot lower when that meter drops low during the ride? anyone else have this experience?
  6. so u just dampened that shop towel with water? or is there some special substance that removes this stuff?
  7. So that problem actually resolved itself after i left my wheel sitting in my cold empty house while i was away for 3 days. i guess the low moisture air allowed the water from inside that area to evaporate out. But now i just noticed that my charge ports look like this...i don't know how long they've been that way. wondering if it's ok to plug in while it looks like this
  8. so after about a month of it being fogged up a bit like that, this morning i was riding and i noticed my entire screen is messed up and says "no con" i guess meaning no connection between the screen and the controller? i'm not savvy with this sort of thing so i have no idea. i've been riding so far today and haven't felt any issues with the actual ride quality itself...but if anyone has any thoughts on this do share, cuz it feels unsafe lol
  9. left my patton in the rain for about an hour the other day, now i see some condensation on the inside of the LCD screen. is this somethin to be concerned about?
  10. What velcro strips do you use? i bought some regular ones at home depot and for some reason the glue on them doesn't stick well to the surface of the bumpers or the necessary spots on the EUC. they also have some "heavy duty" ones that are rated to hold up 10 lb instead of 5lb but i'm wondering if that might just be a rating for the strength of the velcro grip, and might have the same glue issue.
  11. ohh i misread the info under your profile pic lol, it says Patton - Sold but now i see the sold just started a new list of the wheels you'v sold
  12. yea i will definitely try that when i get the new ones. just outta curiosity what made you decide to sell the patton?
  13. i failed to heed this sage advice and have been practicing jumps with my bumper cushions on...lost one lol. now having to order another set. and these weren't any major jumps. i'm totally new to it so all i was doing was tiny jumps in place, maybe few inches of air off the ground, and dropping off curbs. still lost one. so......another warning
  14. for anyone having the inner shin pains like i was, this totally fixed it. and doesn't look too crappy imho
