    S22 range

I have yet to feel like I need more range. My longest ride was 42 miles going about 18 on average. I ended up with 30% battery. Typically, my rides are about 20 miles, and I have plenty of battery left even going balls to the wall.
  2. I don't know. I would probably send via UPS. I would bet close to $200 to get it safely there with insurance. Could be more.
  3. Yeah, it's still for sale. I've actually dropped the price. It's in Salem UT.
  4. My box said 300wh on it, but the battery was a twin pack of 300. Jason has been sending them out as they've been putting the batteries in. I get about 10 miles on my mten3, not going very fast. But it gets lots of voltage sag due to my weight. Today, I just rode it around the halls at my work. For sure more power, and not nearly the sag I experienced on the 3. I'm very happy with my ewheels purchase, even though it took a while.
  5. Great condition veteran Sherman. New motherboard, just replaced inner tube, inmotion v12 honeycomb pedals. I love this wheel, but I find myself riding my s22 more and more frequently. Great wheel, 2500w motor, 3200 wh battery. The wheel has a total of around 500 miles, charges to 100%. It has the 1.5 amp charger that is slower, but quieter than the original. I haven't priced shipping lately, but would probably be $150 to $200. I can check more on Monday after work.
  6. I'm just gonna put this out there again. If you're unhappy with the suspension, go try an og Sherman. I can tell night and day difference between the stock sliders and no suspension. My king song sliders work nearly as well as my 3rd party cnc aluminum. Yes, the were a few bad wheels in the package, but I just didn't use those. For all of you who have better ideas, go create something better, and if it's good, I'm sure some manufacturer will copy your idea. But it's incredibly discouraging to people looking to move from a non suspension wheel to see people post how the suspension is "shit" it's for sure not. It's the best suspension I've ridden, (granted, I have not ridden the v13 or Sherman s). Every person who's ridden my stock s22, my upgraded s22, and my s22 with King song new sliders and a street tire that's WAY out of balance agree, it's a comfy ride. It's a safer ride. BTW, right now, I'd be more than happy to trade my og Sherman for another s22. If you're interested, send me a pm. I'll happily take your "shit"suspension over no suspension at all.
  7. I'm going to apply some bees wax to mine. Luckily I've got a friend who is a beekeeper.
  8. I pre-ordered the Abrams, it was one of the first off the boat. I also pre-ordered the s22 at full price. I should also mention I had been advised not to ride the Abrams for about 6 weeks due to cut out issues, and my cut out happened after it was "fixed" via a firmware update. My Abrams cut out going about 20 mph. Smooth, level road, battery at around 90 percent. Broken wrist as a result. That, combined with getting hit by a truck on that wheel, I lost the trust. Sold it and bought a Sherman. My Sherman had the valve stem blow off going 30 mph, which resulted in a broken collarbone. Luckily a new tube was all it needed at first, until the board shorted out putting it back together. My v12 turned on, I rode it a mile, plugged it in, and it never turned on again. Watching the replacement videos didn't inspire confidence that I could do that myself in a single afternoon, so I returned it. I don't mind working on a wheel, but it just wasn't worth it for a non suspension wheel, that's when I ordered my second s22. I gotta say that the s22 is super nice to work on, if you have an upgrade to put in, or to replace something that goes wrong. Say what you will about the stock sliders (which I put plenty of super comfy miles on) at least it's a fairly easy to maintain and access. A tire change has gone from a dreaded whole day process, to something I can do after work and still have time for a ride.
  9. My 2 cents again. I love the wheel. I was happy with the original sliders, I paid for an upgrade from Europe, which I really love. I fell so much in line with this wheel, I bought a second one. Knowing full well the work I wanted to do with it, and even volunteered to replace the motor myself because it got it to my front door that much faster. I have since received a free slider upgrade, which was very easy to install. I still think the performance, weight, speed, and agility on this wheel are amazing. Plus, it's the easiest wheel I've ever had to take apart. Tire change take less than an hour. I absolutely don't regret buying either one of my s22s, and highly recommend them over the more expensive, heavier wheels, and the original suspension wheels (v11, s18) both of which I sold. I have owned many wheels over the past year and a half I've been riding. And every one of them required work. My v11 board died in the first week. My v12 board crapped out the first time I plugged it in. My Sherman has had to have the board replaced. My Abrams had a cutout issue. I accept the risks.
  10. My understanding is that the pro is what they are calling anything with the new motor and sliders. I could call my second s22 a pro at this point. I've got the v1 pro sliders with wheels, I've got the new 4kw motor on the way. I've installed a street tire. I think we should be calling the updated sliders as v1 for the original s22, and v2 for the 'pro' but that might just be me. I don't foresee much maintenance on these updated sliders. I've put 500 miles on the aftermarket aluminum sliders from my wheels, and can't tell any difference from them to the new v1 sliders.
  11. https://classifieds.ksl.com/listing/71469249 I find myself not riding it anymore since I got my S22. Great wheel, has worked amazing. I did have to replace the main board because as I was changing my tube, I shorted out the old one. Runs great, has around 1000 miles on the frame. I'm not sure exactly how many miles the new board has, as I'm just not riding it. I CAN ship it, but it will be expensive. I can take some pictures from EUC world when I get home from work today.
  12. I believe that's what happened with ewheels packs. They were supposed to be 2 parallel packs of 300, but they only put in 1.
  13. I'm on 2.14 for the bms, no update showing on my phone. My main firmware is 2.25. since I have an Android phone, soft tuner is not an option for me.... Hopefully my app will detect the update, although it hasn't yet on either of my s22s
