I think so too cuz now I only have 2 mode when pressing the button for the light doesn’t turn off

I did that about aday in there shop they recieved it Wednesday and they shipped it the next day and i got it on monday

Cool ill shoot them a email yea never had this issue before light usually turn off when i plug the charger and now the light stays on when the wheel is on or off when charging

I tried that doesnt turn off at all only when i turn off the wheel so basically the light stays on now 😔 till i turn off the wheel before it wasn't doing this so im not sure what happened

When the wheel is off and plug the charger the front light stays on doesnt turn off till i unplug the charger i did the 4 light setting doesn't turn off before it was now its not

I got my wheel back from repair but now my front light doesnt turn off when charging or when during the day anyone else had this experience

Update it got repaired now its fully charging they had to replace one of the pack

Ive decide to send it for repair i shipped mine today just to be safe i was only getting 24miles on 36%

Yes ive done that ive tried different app kingsong app 94% eucworld 95% wheelog 94% i was only reaching 81.7V

Hi my ks18 only charge 95% it wont charge 100% ive tried 3 different charge and still 95% should i be concerned could i still ride it or send it for repair
