Will keep an eye out on ebay and marketplace. Where you based?
  2. @Scootlandyou still riding? Picking up on this a bit late. Would be good to meetup as I feel I'm the only bloody person in this city that rides.😂 Made an attempt to ride the West Highland Way in May but the valve popped on my tyre at Tyndrum. Trying again probably this month and looking for more adventures.

Hi Anudeep, I'm based in Glasgow with my Sherman. Out of the country until February but would be good to meet up one day. Thought I was the only one in this city.😂
  4. Love it! Go up not down. 👍 Imagine a Monster Pro-type thing but done by Veteran. It'd be done right, that's for sure. The main selling point for me on Veteran was the quality and reliability. Put that in a larger machine and you have one serious tourer on your hands. All it needs is a motor that will handle off-road like the MSP and you've got a massive winner.
  5. @Kekafuchyeah there seems to be a pretty high demand for Sherman Lite. It'd do well for sure.
  6. @MrRobot A Sherman Lite would do extremely well. Something about a $1000-1500 mark would go like hit cakes. @null Yeah I can see iterations of the same designs would make sense in that factories don't have to re-tool etc. A part of me doesn't want to see that though as it smacks of Gotway like you say. These guys seem to be very deliberate in their design vision - reading what riders want, delivering it in a beautifully thought-out package and future-proofing it. The Sherman is going to be a stalwart for years to come and I can see them wanting the same for their next wheel. @Mango I guess if I were to design the perfect off-roading wheel(pure indulgence): Take the Sherman. Add suspension. Add a 3500W hollow motor from the upcoming EX, or even a 3000W if it exists(that should be plenty of power to get up those hills). Keep it's current battery size and the 18650 cells the same(trying to keep weight below 40kg). Shell design would have to change for the suspension, but keep that utilitarian look and round off those roll-bar corners that get in the way of decent off-roading ability. I'd like to see the Screen lifted off the wheel entirely tbh and onto a wristwatch-style platform(looking down while riding is no good for anyone's safety). Easy access for maintenance like you say, and I'd also add a quality leather seat as standard, giving the rider a chance to rest their legs when needed(give zoomwheels the contract).
  7. Should be getting my Sherman within the next month and it's got me thinking what they might do next. They've arguably conquered the street-wheel market, will their next effort be aimed at off-roading or simply keep improving on the Sherm? Has anyone heard anything about their plans?
  8. I tend to think of my backpack as my emergency recovery if something goes tits-up, meaning I can strap it on and walk out if there. Picked up one of these from AliExpress: https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0V9M1v It's been great so far and it can carry a shed-load of other gear too e.g. camelbak, pump waterproofs etc.
  9. Nice one Neil. I'll point her in this direction. 👍
  10. That sounds really fair Neil, brilliant stuff, thank you 👍. If you could do some photos I'll pass them on and let you know. I could also be looking into another so any other starter wheels that are going I'm interested.
  11. Thanks folks and sorry for the late reply. 👍 @Glenn@mansfield I can't see any sale from @ED209, maybe it was completed and deleted by the time I got back to this. @Neil Robinson Can I ask what it would come with and how much you'd be looking for posted?
  12. Hi folks, A pal is looking to dive in to EUCs so I'm looking for a starter wheel for her. No dual wheels or anything weird, minimum spec ninebot one C/C+/E/E+, S2 or v5/v5f but will look at more powerful wheels too. Cheers. 👍
  13. Or this for 500. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2742837565824475/
