Paddylaz
Quick question for v5f owners........can you 'reset' the v5f? Is that what the thing in the charging socket is for? What does it do? lol, cheers!
WARPed1701D
I know on the V8 the rest button was removed on production units even though it is still labeled. Maybe the same on the V5F. Are you trying to reset to factory settings or is the firmware locked up requiring a mainboard power cycle?

Ok I'm bored ?
WARPed1701D
It's a good point. A few people have reported oscillation issues that were resolved by pulling the battery for a bit. I guess that would be the easiest way to guarantee a power cycle. I'm don't know if you'd need to discharge the capacitors too. I've no idea if they could supply power to the actual board.
