OneWheel
Some questions please: 1. Approximately what percentage of units sold had this problem? 2. Any store in North America providing fix service? 3. Is this motor wire disconnect related to high speed? I ride mine at about 21km/hr max, so I guess there will be less heat generated to disconnect that wire from the motor? 4 .Is there a video out there showing how to disassemble the gotway msuper3 1600wh , then showing the most simple fix to this problem? ( what are the possible most easy solutions? (glue paste? re-solder? tied wire? replace connect head?) Thanks, ONEwheel
Rehab1
Are you referring to one of the 3 motor wires that disconnected at the splice? I have heard of the wires melting but not disconnecting. Do you have any photos depicting the disconnect?
