cvsnowboarder
My Ninebot One doesn't make a sound when I turn it on anymore or make a sound when I'm hitting the speed limit. Does anyone have any idea why this happened ? Thanks
Hunka Hunka Burning Love
Could be a defective controller board. Do you have any warranty? Might be worth a try to disconnect the battery and press the power button to drain the capacitors, wait and reconnect the battery. I haven't seen any reports about speakers dying so that likely isn't the case. Does the wheel function like normally otherwise? Check if there is any metal shards shorting something out on the mainboard.
cvsnowboarder
Yes, it otherwise runs fine with no issues. I will try disconnecting the battery and doing what you suggested. Thank you for your help.
Hunka Hunka Burning Love
Maybe also try playing with the app settings too as I managed to glitch my wheel on firmware 1.2.5 to turn off the lights so it wouldn't show the battery level while stopped. It actually did that all by itself for some reason, and I fiddled with the app to get it back to normal again.
