Dgtreble
Is there a way to wake up the battery bms like other euc batteries? One battery is fine but the other reads nothing or counts down from 1v to zero. Any advice is appreciated thank you.
alcatraz
I don't know if it was the V11 but I saw that a bms could be reset. I believe something had to be removed, maybe a fuse?, then placed back. An led would change its blinking behavior to confirm it had been reset. For details please wait for a V11 expert to get back to you.
Dgtreble
Sounds good, do we have one on the forums?
alcatraz
I believe a guy managed to convince official support to give him the instructions on how to do it. Maybe you can make up a story that it's second hand outside of warranty yada yada.

alcatraz
It's in the forum somewhere. But as I said I'm not sure it was the V11.
yuweng
Few months back i was helping a friend checking his V11 battery pack no voltage at XT90 same as yours, can't recall if it was fb or reddit post, someone says shorting the small connector red cable to XT90 red for 30 seconds will reset the BMS. 2nd technique was someone says there is a small reset button on the BMS & pressing it should bring back the voltage Fyi, both doesn't work, measured each cell less than a volt
