frownifdown
I've decided to get the V14 and am now looking to buy one. I bought my V8S from the inmotion store and everything seemed fine. I've seen multiple people state not to buy from the manufacturer and to go through ewheels, alienrides, etc. Is there a good reason to avoid the inmotion store? CfTesla
From my experience buying from eWheels.com...I would never do anything different. You usually get stuff thrown in, they check through all the bolts and quality check it once it arrives before they ship out to you. So peace of mind is huge. You also get to talk with Jason who usually responds to email within the same hour with your questions or concerns. My V14 arrives tomorrow. Very stoked!
Phenolic Labels
My suggestion is buying from ewheels or alienrides.

I ended up buying from eWheels and it finally got here after FedEx lied about attempting to deliver yesterday. Literally just unboxed so I'm getting it set up!

I bought my Inmotion V14 Adventure from ewheels (https://www.ewheels.com/), which is undoubtedly the best E-Service for EUCs on the Interwebbys. We encountered a battery issue that we remotely trouble-shot for a week, so I returned the EUC at their request. My V14 had a problem that ewheels could diagnose and resolve, returning my EUC to me within two weeks. The service was above and beyond. I wouldn't imagine buying an EUC anywhere else. The tech is still new and innovating by the day. You'll need support if you purchase a cutting-edge, feature-rich EUC, and e-rides will not disappoint. Hi, out of interest did you buy direct from e-rides UK or do they now have an official outlet in the USA?

Apologies, I got my e-resellers mixed up. I bought my Inmotion from e-wheels in the U.S. Sorry for the confusion.

I do like the e-rides gloves with builtin wrist protection but have never purchased an EUC from e-rides. I gotta watch the afternoon posts when Chardonnay is in the mix.
