Unresponsive to the touch. Nothing from the power button. The Bluetooth won’t pair. I’m at a loss of any other options. it was working an hour ago. and where do I get customer service? Paradox Posted March 25 Share Posted March 25 Sometimes when you plug the charger in a wheel will turn on and you can run diagnostics. If electronics are faulty they usually fail very early.
