Any idea how to fix this ?   Im told a drilll with a left turn is the way - Or should I just forget about it and throw silicine in the screw hole. ?

Some folks say this is useless, what works is a drill that goes "wrongway" which is to the left.

I find this difficult -- broken drills not enough power on the EZ bit.

This is what I would try. The bits in the red box look good to use. I have something very similar to these that have worked in the past. In my case I used a socket ratchet turning slowly.

This happened to me on the 18xl, my solution was to turn motor cover to clear old holes and by using a coreless stainless rivet as a drill guide I made a new bolt circle. Be sure to grind down broken bolt👍. (Rivet guide to center the hole then using correct drill bit for the tap)
