Finn Bjerke
This weak ass construction self destructs. (look at pix pls) The plastic plate with fragile screwholes is supposed to keep the two parts of Sherman S together. Have anyone 3D printed something better? It should be fairly simple? (Btw I refuse to let any Internet Volkspolizei tell me to be happy about this shitty Chinese construction...) It self destructs its BAD engineering and overpriced as seen so often before. OK maybe I used too much of my macho superpowers when screwing the scews so now Im screwed? UniVehje
3D printed parts are not known for their rigidity. Looks like a simple part for someone to design. Even my beginner skills could do if I had the original in hand. Possibly some special material and 100 % infill could produce a part with similar strength to the original. Looks like the damage was from over torquing the screw.
