Ninebot One E+: Hall sensors output voltage

Hey, wondering if anyone knows what would be the correct output voltages on NB1e+ hall sensors?

My wheel started twitching and beeping on start. It will fix itself after leaving it on for a while, but it started doing it more often.

So i've decided to check the hall sensors: Input voltage is 5v and output varies from 0-4v. all 3 sensors change voltage regularly, within this frame, when i spin the wheel which should mean they are ok except for the max output voltage. All similar Hall sensors testing videos i've found on YouTube are returning 5v max output voltage. Any thoughts?
