Gerard McEk
Has anyone experience in problems that can occur with a V10F? For some weeks my sound and backlight do not work anymore. Today I disassembled the EUC but did not find any open connectors or such. Any idea what, except replacing the motherboard, can be done further? The problem may have occurred when I fel while riding relatively slowly on a grassy surface where I came into a hidden slot. The fall was not hard.
Gerard McEk
Today 27 July ‘23 I contacted Inmotion by Email (service@imscv.com) and explained the problems I’ve got with the rear light and sound system. I hope to hear soon of them and let you know.

I’m waiting for an answer…
meepmeepmayer
They mean the board board... the one that does the motor control. Not the BMS in the battery pack. In general, EUCs are very simple. When you have some "strange" unexplained issues, replacing the board is the usual thing to do (not much else it could be). Any chance of waranty from your seller? Gerard McEk
Inmotion replied that on the inverter board lies the cause of the problem. Unfortunately that’s the most expensive board. I hope that they are right. Has anyone such a board for a reasonable price?
