In forum rules are many which should be ok to offer information for (new) members. We try to keep the pinned topic count low and from time to time remove not anymore actual pinned topics. Yes, this is valid for sure. Maybe just the warnings should belong to the respective section. Just an idea... If deemed appropriate.
