geogre
While my IPS 133 was charging, I heard a popping noise and it would not continue to charge. This probably means it blew a fuse. Is there any way I can repair this charger or get a new one?

This probably means it blew a fuse. Or a mosfet or some other component. If you decide to open it, be carefull - there are components inside which hold high (deadly) voltages for some time. 9 hours ago, geogre said: Is there any way I can repair this charger or get a new one? Li ion chargers are easily available on aliexpress or alike. Likely you will have to change the connector? With the age of the ips 133 you should check if the battery is still in good order.
