Tesla T3 display shows incorrect data if set to mph instead of kph

Hello all.  Ok so I did an edit on this post.  I found out that the T3 display won't show correct speed or distance unless the EUC World app is set to read metric data.  Not too big of a deal, I just switched it in the app.  I've been learning to use metric measurements for a couple years now.

I still haven't found out why I'm limited to 37 kph top speed.  I get an alarm from EUCW and the wheel beeps.  I've checked all of my settings in the app.  I have my max speed set at 49 kph and only 1 alarm to start at that speed as well.  For info I'm at 67% battery.  Does the T3 have some type of speed limiting depending on battery level like some other brands?  Anyhoo, any thoughts are appreciated.

For your information, Begode app lists 2 firmwares for the tesla 3: T3 & T3 H.

I don't know their differences, but you might want to try them.

Does Begode have an app?
