wstuart
So the cutoff switch on my ex is acting up. When I turn on the wheel motor is disengaged. I have to press the cutoff button multiple times (10 times) before I start to hear beeps. Even once it starts being it doesn't necessarily engage the motor. Can I just disable this function altogether? Am I at risk of cutoff engaging while I'm riding? I think the issue is that the switch is giving out from all the force put on when lifting the wheel Edited June 6, 2022 by wstuart
Tawpie
I don't have an EX so am just guessing here, but most other wheels have an app-based option to disable the lift switch. Might take a peek in the BG app (as to which BG app, you're on your own!) and the third party offerings (Darknessbot and EUCWorld).
EMA
you can not disable it by app, need to disconnect the cable (violet/purple connector) the switch do not work while moving, if you press it nothing happens until the wheel stop
