Wanted: Gotway MSX 100V motherboard

That is indeed correct! Although, keep in mind that you may still need to use the heat sink from your original board as some of the mounting holes maaaaay not line up perfectly with the ones that are already there in your shell...

Also, since you're in the Bay Area try contacting Nevin@Nevin@Tec-toyz.com  to see if he has any lying around. Might get lucky! If you do though, contacting him from the Tec-Toyz website might be the best idea. Dunno if he still watches this forum...
