What did I buy? (and where to find a new battery?)

Hey people!
Bought myself, dirt cheap, a _very_ used EUC with a scrap battery that I'd like to fix. It works as long as the charger is connected, so the electronics seems to work just fine. The seller had no idea of the brand, and I can't see anything branded on the outside. Perhaps someone can recognize it and give me a hint of the make and V/mAh of the battery? An ancient Airwheel perhaps? Pics in the links..

Seems to be a tg t3 or an clone.

Afair they have 16s1p batteries (67.2V max voltage, ~2900mAh, ~170Wh)

Very ancient device ;)

Lol, yeah..  got it for less than $50 and it's just going to be a base for a neuro-training prototype device we're working on..  And perhaps a showcase for my 'bespoke saddles' startup (we measure butts! :D)  . Soo.. not going to be ridden fast, nor for very long stretches, but it will be _very_ comfortable. It will suffice (I hope :D)
