LeGiroquoi
Hello all. So I have a weird problem. My son went to school with this wheel on a rainy day, but said he put a plastic bag on it.. (teenager.. might not be trusted) 😂 But anyway. The wheel would not turn on. I opened it, unplugged then plugged back and it turned on again, but won't turn on after plugging it back. It will balance and all But will not charge when plugged... I even changed the main board as I had one.. Any idea? The driver board? Battery?  https://photos.app.goo.gl/JBpEeChXuQsU41iLA     Edited May 20, 2022 by Eric plam
supercurio
In your experiments so far, have you found that the power button behaves exactly as expected? I'm thinking possibly water in the power button, which could prevent the board to shut down when expected. It seems to be okay in the video clip you've shown however, so I have low confidence in this theory. But it does seem indeed that something prevents the board to complete its shutdown to IDLE mode. 1
LeGiroquoi
Well it does behave correctly after every unplug of the battery. Starts, goes off, lights work fine.. It only "dies" after the automatic shut-off when the 3 lights on the board blink
alcatraz
You might want to inspect your battery with a multimeter. Feel like opening it up and measure it? Is it past its warranty? Edited May 23, 2022 by alcatraz
