I can change all the settings through the screen, I used to be able to connect to the V12 via the app but now it connects but it doesn't display speed, battery and I can't access the settings. If you can access the wheel through EUCWorld, it must be the official app issue. Probably you'll have to reach out to inmotion support for the official app issue. Uses for the official app will be customizing DIY LED lights, checking individual battery pack voltages, and diagnosing electronic issues in the wheel. Everything else can be done with EUCworld.
